Terms & Conditions

  1. The competition opens on the 3 February 2023 and closes 1st March 2023 at midnight. No late entries will be accepted. By entering this competition, you accept the rules of this competition and that your name and entry will be published on In Toto Retreat social media pages
  2. The prizes are described on the In Toto Retreat website. All costs that are over and above the prize as well as personal expenses will be the responsibility of the winner
  3. The winner will be decided by lucky draw and the prize will be awarded in terms of the first entry that is drawn. The draw will take place on 6th March 2023 and the name of the winner will be announced on the 7th March 2023
  4. Should the draw be postponed to another date, for any reason whatsoever, a new draw date will be announced on the In Toto Retreat social media channels, no later than 5 days after the original draw should have taken place
  5. The winner will be notified via the In Toto Retreat social media channels within 7 days from the draw date. The winner will have 24 hours within which to notify the Promoter via return email that he/she accepts the prize. Should the winner fail to accept the prize within this time a redraw will be done and a new winner selected
  6. Any personal data submitted by you will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation, and relevant consumer protection legislation and unless as otherwise permitted by the entrant. All entrants agree that any post provided in the entry may be displayed on the In Toto Retreat social media pages
  7. Directors, employees, and consultants of In Toto Retreat and their immediate families are not eligible to enter
  8. This prize may not be exchanged for cash
  9. We will publish the names of the winner on the In Toto Retreat social media pages by 7th March 2023
  10. We reserve the right to verify the validity of the entries and to disqualify any entry that is not received in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  11. We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the promotion or the accepting of a prize
  12. We reserve the right at any time and from time to time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion with or without prior notice, due to reasons outside of our control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud)
  13. We shall not be liable for any failure to comply with our obligations where the failure is caused by anything outside our reasonable control. In the event of any change or termination, all entrants agree to waive any rights that they have in respect of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against In Toto Retreat
